Georgia O'Keeffe has fascinated me for awhile - her subtle feminist ideas, her lovely bright and earth tones and her choice of imagery. Come along with me to learn all about her life and work!
Each month of 2024 I will be creating a yarn colorway inspired by one of her works, starting with his earliest and ending with her last. Each month's colorway will come with a fun fact card that is all about the work in question and/or her life at that time.
Check out the images and see what you recognize! It's going to be fun year full of lots of bright colors and gradated yarns.
If you choose the YARN ONLY tier for $30 a month you will get yarn and a fact card.
If you choose the YARN+FUN tier for $45 a month you will get a skein of yarn, the fun fact card, a monthly stitch marker and 1-2 other items that are O'Keeffe related. Some items may be knitting/crochet tools, others may just be fun items. Subscribers will also receive a discount on other items from my shop including the option to order more of each monthly color at a discount.
Subscription members will get their choice of yarn base each month and an email will be sent to ask what you’d prefer. If you do not reply, the default base is my “light” base - 100% sw merino, fingering, 400yds. Right now, other options are DK (100% SW merino), Silky Single (silk/merino blend) and sock (merino/nylon blend)
Not sure if you want to subscribe? I will usually have a pre-order each month for the skein only (no items included).
All packages will ship between the 28th of that month and the 2nd of the following (to allow me time to get pre-orders together, items purchased/made and things packaged up).
